Getting started
Getting started with PULSAWORK
Pulsawork is your all-in-one platform for managing temporary, remote, and flexible workforces. It helps you reduce costs, stay compliant, and streamline operations β all in one modern SaaS interface. π
If you're the platform owner or administrator, youβve received full access rights to configure your organization. Hereβs what to do first.
β Step 1: Create Your Organizational Structure
Go to Operations β Organization to create your first organizational company. This is where your entire hierarchy will live.
Can I add multiple companies?
Yes. You can create multiple organizational units, depending on your subscription level. Go to the βMy organizationβ section and click β to add a new unit.
β Step 2: Set Up Permissions
Configure permission groups that control access across modules.
- Go to Operations β Settings
- Select Permission Group Management
- Choose a predefined role or create your own
π‘ You can edit or remove default groups at any time to match your team's needs.
Youβll be able to modify the predefined permission groups.
These groups are designed to speed up platform setup. They are based on standard access patterns for different business roles. Choose the ones that fit your companyβs needs.
Tip: you can always edit, delete, or replace the default permission groups with your own.
β Step 3: Add Users
Add your team to the platform using the User Management section.
- Add employees manually or import from your database
- Assign them to appropriate permission groups
- Invite them to the platform
