Commission Payment Terms

Explanation of Commission Payment Terms

  • All new partners start at the Bronze level.
  • Commission is calculated from the invoiced monthly amount excluding VAT for a period of one year.
  • The number of newly activated clients means the number of different companies that have ordered the PULSAWORK platform.
  • The right to commission arises upon fulfillment of the condition of ordered and paid volume of services in EUR for a period of at least 1 year.
  • Commission payment is made after the entitlement is fulfilled – i.e., after ordering and payment for services from the list of intermediated companies of the Intermediary.
  • The service recipient has the right, at their own discretion, to pay the Intermediary a special reward beyond the agreed commission. The Intermediary has no legal claim to this reward.
  • The Intermediary has the right to waive the payment of the commission.
  • This Commission Schedule is valid indefinitely from the start of its validity.
