Commission for the PULSAWORK product

Explanation of Commission Payment Terms
- All new partners start at the Bronze level.
- Commission is calculated from the invoiced monthly amount excluding VAT for a period of one year.
- The number of activations means the number of different companies that have ordered the HRIIS platform.
- The right to commission for the Referrer arises upon fulfillment of the condition of ordered and paid volume of services in EUR for a period of at least 1 year.
- Commission payment is made after the entitlement is fulfilled. The commission will be paid only from the first year of ordered services from the list of companies referred by the Referrer and for which services have been ordered and paid.
- Commission cancellation for the Referrer arises after cancellation and/or non-payment of the order, and thus non-fulfillment of the conditions. In the case of partial fulfillment, the right to a proportional part of the commission arises.
- The Service Recipient has the right to pay a special reward beyond the commission based on individual evaluation. The Referrer has no legal claim to this reward.
- The Referrer has the right to waive the payment of the commission.
- This Commission Schedule is valid indefinitely from the start of its validity.
