Additionally, the Timesheets App offers functionalities for editing and deleting time entries, viewing and managing timesheets, and submitting them for approval. With its user-friendly interface, the app ensures that users can easily access their timesheets, review logged entries, and track approval statuses, making it an essential tool for effective time management.
2. Getting Started
Accessing the Timesheets App
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Timesheets App section in the dashboard
- Familiarize yourself with the user interface

Logging Time Entries
- Click the "+" button
- Enter details:
- Activity
- Timesheet Tracking Mode - How the time was tracked (Time or Productivity mode).
- Date - The day the work was done.
- Hours - How long the work took (e.g., 2.5 = two and a half hours).
- Project - The project this work was for.
- Client - The client connected to the project or task.
- Order - A specific task, ticket, or order related to the work (optional but when you choose an Order all related data will be filled automatically).
- Add a description or notes if needed
- Click "Save" to record the entry

- Select an entry to edit or delete
- Make changes or confirm deletion

Viewing Your Timesheet
- Access your timesheet from the dashboard
- Review logged entries for the week or month

- Submit your timesheet for approval - Use this as a Bult actions.
- Track approval status

- Set up tarrifs for each type of activity - This option is accessible from Settings with permissions only.
- Automate autocalculation per each record based on calculating tarrifs for each activity if records are approved.
- Auto costs adding for appropriate cost center after approving order fulfilling for approved timesheets records.

Sharing Timesheets
- Share your timesheet with your manager
- Collaborate on time tracking by filling your timesheet daily
Requesting Approvals
- Send timesheets for manager approval
- Receive approval on requested records. Once the requested records are approved the black icons are green showing approved status. If the records are not approved the icons are red.
Viewing Approval Status
- Check which entries are approved or pending
